ITALIAN AIR MINISTER The Ttaliu'n Air Minister, General italo Balbo, was taking oil" in a seaplane from Capri when a float of the ’plane struck some object. The machine sank with great speed, imprisoning General Balbo and a companion, who were strapped to their seats in the cabin. They escaped after being immersed, and were picked up slightly injured.
