ANNUAL CONFERENCE (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The annual conference of the Institute of Opticians opened. About thirty delegates are present from all parts of the Dominion, to whom a welcome was extended by the Mayor. The presidential address was delivered by Mr E. A. Sargent.
