BOWLING
NELSON CLUB On Saturday afternoon both greens of the Nelson Bowling Club were well occupied by players. On the top green a progressive fours game was played, and resulted in a win for B. C. Neale, J. Parr, G. Brown and J. Masefield (s). The following are left in the final sections of the competitions: Senior Championship: T. 11. Griffin, G. L. Rees, T. Hunter, H. R, Rudman, V. Vitetta, Jno. Vitetta and G. F. Dodds. Junior Championship: E. Hudson, B. A. Tomlinson, W. Dawson, J. 11. Parr. Champion Pairs (skips only given): T Field, W. Dee, 11. R. Rudman, G. L. Rees, 11. Wilding, 11. S. Claughton. All the above games arc to be completed by Easter. Several entries have been received from this club for the Easter tournament. Two outside entries so far are both from the Seatoun Club.
