PURCHASE AND SETTLEMENT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY. 22nd February. Tim “Guardian” says a Brisbane practitioner, Dr. A. J. Ross, has bought outright Sunday Island, 600 miles north or Auckland, and intends to settle it with fourteen families, including twelve from New Zealand. He is buying a schooner in Sydney.
