NELSON GASWORKS LOAN
The Mayor, Mr W. J. Molfatt, explained to-day that the City Council does not anticipate any difficulty in raising the Gasworks Loan money locally. An attempt was made to raise part of the money in London in order to have the high exchange rate which is at present £9 17s 6d per £IOO.
