THE NEW CABINET OLD GANG RALLIED TO AID THE THRONE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MADRID, 18th February. Though the general impression is that Admiral Aznar’s acceptance of the premiership really means that King Alfonso has rallied the old gang to aid the throne, it is hoped Aznar will assure impartiality in the coming elections. The new Premier states the time is ripe to re-establish normal constitutional government. The Ministry is really a coalition of all parties except Republicans and Socialists. The strong man of the Cabinet will be Count Romanones.
