Frauds involving a million dollars are charged against them, and the items thereunder are a thousand dollar street lamp for a certain boulevard, excessive expenditure on a' million dollar bridle path for which 400,000 dollars were spent for cinders (the path actually remains unused), unlawful and unauthorised expenditure of hundreds of thousands of dollars in sums of 500 dollars to escape the law providing for competitive bidding where larger than 000 dollars outlays are involved, and excessive payroll padding.
