TO NEW ZEALAND POLICE FORCE

AUCKLAND, This Day. A fine tribute to the New Zealand Eolice force was paid by the Rev. Jasper alder, Auckland City Missioner. He said that they were always willing to .co-operate in giving a first offender a chance. He never came across a case in which a decent young man who had made a slip had been hounded down. Often a police official, and even a constable, would give financial help to a first offender.
