LONDON, 29th March. Gladys Grace, grand-daughter of the cricketer and an enthusiastic airwoman, had a miraculous escape when her machine stalled at the top of a loop, developed a spin and descended spirally 2000 feet to earth. The wrecked engine was buried six feet in the ground. Gladys was rendered unconscious in the cockpit, lier only injury being a cut forehead. When rescued she exclaimed ••What have 1 dune? Where am IV
