ALSATIANS BARRED FROM SHOW I i (By Telegraph—Press Association) NAPIER, This Day. i-i So much trouble has been experienced ;by:the Hawke's Bay A. and P. Society with Alsatians shown in the dog sec-. tion' ; of the show, that a decision was unanimously reached yesterday to delete this breed from the schedules in future. The society already has had to face one claim following a child being attacked by an Alsatian and severely bitten, and yesterday it was reported that another person had been attacked at the recent autumn show and hadly bitten on the wrist. On this occasion there were ten Alsatians in the ring for judging, and only one would allow itself to be handled by the judge.
