GIRL SENTENCED
TO ELECTRIC CHAIR

VANCOUVER, 22nd March. At Newcastle, Pennsylvania, a 21-year-old girl, Irene Schroeder, was committed to the electric chair by a jury composed of two women and ten men for slaying a highway patrolman named Brady Paul. Accused's lover and accomplice, Walter Dague, will face trial on Monday. An appeal will be lodged in the girl's case.
