MOSCOW, 2nd February. In order to extend socialisation to agriculture a decree has been issued legalising the expulsion of rich peasants and the confiscation of their property. The commander-in-chief announces that he is sending a hundred thousand former Red Army officers and soldiers to live in villages "during the year to "bring military devotion and discipline to bear in the'task of abolishing private farming."
