WOMAN STRUCK WITH IRON PIPE
A YOUTH PLEADS GUILTY (By Telegraph—Press Association) TIMARU, This Day. At the Magistrate's Court a youth named Ernest Wade (19) pleaded guilty to a savage attack on a young woman whom he hit with an iron pipe. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
