Replying to attacks, General Booth declares that',, lie does not... desire to destroy the ISO 4 deed and is only resorting to the Courts because action under the deed now unprecedentedly meditated necessitates an immediate legal decision, whether the deed is valid. If not, it must he altered and strengthened because the essential features of the deed must remain part of the Army’s constitution.
