DEATH IN HOSPITAL
MR F. G. KNAPP OF MOTUEKA
Mr F. G. Knapp, of Motueka, who was injured in a shooting accident some days ago and later had his leg amputated in the Nelson Hospital, died at 10 o'clock yesterday morning. An inquest was opened this morning before Mr G. A. Edmonds, J.P., acting coroner.' with the following jury: \V. L. Jackman (foreman), C. P. Knight, P. W. Copeland and G. Woodman. After formal evidence had been taken the inquest was adjourned sine die as the principal witness was indisposed. The funeral took place at ■ Motueka. this afternoon.
