I ORD COMPANIES TO BE ACQUIRED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received 13th November, 2.5 p.m.) LONDON, 13th November. Henry Ford announces the flotation of a company with seven millions capital to acquire various Ford companies in Britain and Europe, which already have assets of seven millions. The net profits in six years exceed a million a year. The company will acquire manufacturing and selling rights of all Ford products in the British Isles and on the Continent (excluding Russia) and iu Africa (excluding British possessions), and will have the temporary right to sell Fordson tractors throughout the world. It is expected the development will result in. the export of 165,000 cars and tractors from Britain annually.
