In a speech at Darlinghurst, the Premier, Mr Bavin, warned workers that unless there was greater production, there was bound to he a- serious reduction in the standard of living in this country. This was already threatening. A halt must be called somewhere. The problem must be attacked by workers in co-operation with employers.
