EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS
PROMINENT DIGNITARIES ON NIAGARA (By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' AUCKLAND, This Day. Several prominent dignitaries of the Roman Catholic Church will arrive from Vancouver by the Niagara, on Monday, on their way, to the Eucharistic Congress at Sydney. - The party will include Bishop Heylen of Namur, president of the permanent committee of the International Eucharistic Congresses and Count H. Dyanville, of Paris, permanent secretary of the Congresses. Also travelling on the Niagara are Bishop Mikes, Count of Zabala; Bishop Szombathely, Hungary ; Bishop Dechamps, auxiliary Bishop of Montreal. . There are 13- priests and a number ol lay people who are journeying to the Congress. Prominent ariiong the lay people is TI. Eugene Standert, member for Bruges in the Belgian Parliament. The party leave for Rotorua on Wedr nesday morning, sailing from Wellington for Sydney by the Ulimaroa on G4th A if is'now definitely stated that Bishop Cleary will be unable to attend the congress. , . »
