The London and New Zealand Bank, Ltd., Bill has been araehded by a special, committee of the House. The. committee lays it down that the bank .must be formed by Ist July, 1930, instead of. 31s't December, 1933. At the request of the prompters tEe. nominal capital has been increased from £2,000,000 to £3,000,000. The bank is not to commence the business of banking until one' million pounds of capital has been paid.up. The names of the promoters are: A. St. C. Brown, solicitor, Auckland; W. G.
