(To the Editor) Sir, —I really do not wish to occupy your valuable ■ columns but I do desire to express my candid opinion in reference to any deputations waiting on any of our Crown Ministers. I may state the more'representative you make it the better hearing you get. I can instance that fact'ah,/ coming from Canterbury.--1 was at ,a deputation both for the electrification of the' Lyttelton tunnel alid also for the completion of the Otira tunnel, arid can assure your readers there .was not even standing room on both occasions, at the Ministerial room in the Government Buildings at Christchurch.
