UNUSUAL DIVORCE CASE

WELLINGTON, This Day. A divorce case which was characterised by Mr Justice MacGregor as an extraordinary one, came before him, in' which a wife sued her husband for dissolution of marriage on the ground of adultery with her mother, an elderly woman with six children. The evidence all through was of a sordid character, and the Judge summed up very much against the applicant, saving that there was no proof against the. mother. The jury in a few minutes found foe the respondent and the case was dismissed.
