A BOY’S DEATH

WELLINGTON, This Day

A blow unexpectedly given by one schoolboy to another caused the latter-s death. Rav Tilbury, a. lad of 12, was in the habit of calling Janies King an opprobrious name, and the latter hit him. Tilbury fell back and cracked bis frontal bone on a shop window, dying three days after. Tilbury had also been squirting water over King. The Coroner said the blow was not really a violent one, nor did King desire to do the boy any real injury. The finding was in accordance with the medical testimony.
