NELSON CLUR HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT The holiday tournament of the Nelson (:!olf Club concluded yesterday. As on Saturday a strong south-west wind was blowing, making playing conditions none too pleasant. Tim results were: No. 1 .Flight—Semi-final: Vercoe heat N. Vercoe; Stedman beat Rout. Final : Vercoe beat Stedman. No. 2 Flight—Semi-final: I. Dodds beat H. Dodds; Fletcher beat Hoby. Final: Fletcher beat Dodds. No. 3 Flight—Semi-final: Harkness beat H. Robison; A. Allan beat Milner. Final: Harkness beat Allan. ; No. 4 Flight—Semi-final: McLaren beat Newman. Final: Cull beat McLaren. Elliott won tin l bogey handicap 4 up; and Muggins and L. "Hume won the four-ball bogey handicap with the good curd of 8 up.
