.EXPORTS INCREASE DECREASE IN IMPORTS (By Telegraph.—Presa Association) WELLINGTON. This Daw For the period of March."l92B. New Zealand imports totalled JC4.284.032 and exports £7.687,503. compared with £4,691,109 and £6,450,442 respectively for March. 1927. For the March quarter of 1928. the imports amounted to £11,632,290 and llie exports to £23,136.710, compared with £11,995,879 and £16,671.033 respectively for the corresponding period last year. For the year tlint ended on 31st March imports were £44.419,357, and exports £54,962,031. and for the year ended 31st March, 1927, the figures were £48,192,670 and £45.682.338 respectively.
