LIMERICK LASTLY DEFEATS cot lireAustral in ii Press Association SYDNEY, 11th April. The third day of the Ramlwiek Autumn Meeting was held in line weather. There was an attendance of 36.000. Mollison remained unbeaten, winning the Champagne Stakes easily. He has now won £17,318 in prize money. Limerick easily accounted tor Gothic. Valamita surprised everybody by heating Trivalve in the Cumberland Stakes. Results:—-

Cumberland Stakes: Yalamita, 9.4, 1: Trivalve, 9.2, 2; l’illiewinkie. 9.1. 3. These were the only starters. I’illicwinkie led at the turn from Trivalve and Valamita, but the latter finished best and won hy two and a-halt lengths. Time, 3.33^. City Handicap: Gallantry, 7.10. ly Wool'ta. 6.7. 2: Runnymede, 7.11, 3. There were nine starters. Woolita led into the straight, hut Gallantry finished fast and won hy a head.
