TROTTING DISQUALIFICATIONS CHRIST/CHURCH, This Day. At a meeting of the Board of the New Zealand Trotting Association yesterday, the case of the disqualification of A. Iv Adams for three months at. the recent Wanganui meeting was considered. 11, was decided that as the Judicial Committee had been wrongly constituted (there being six members instead of five) the matter be referred bade to the club, and that, up to the present the disqualification imposed on Adams does not exist. The association dealt with an application from F. Holmes for a remission of the term of three months' disqualification imposed on him by the Forbtiry Trotting Club in January- It was decided to advise Holmes that'the board could not see its way clear to accede to his request.

On the recommendation of the Licensing Committee it was decided that E. Cl. Holmes’s driving and riding license he cancelled for two months dating from Saturday next.
