The. juror cabled yesterday who was alleged to he a mental patient, explains that the allegation is untrue. For the past, two months lie lias been a voluntary patient at one of the Repatriation Department’s cottages, which is administered by tlie Callan Park authorities, suffering from insomnia, the result, of war service. He has always been at. perfect liberty to leave whenever lie likes, and lias never been an inmate of any mental asviu rn.
