ANOTHER REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE NEW CHAMBER NO GENERAL ELECTIONS (By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian & N.Z. Gable Association) ROME, 4th Feb. After ;i speech by Signer Mussolini the Fascist Grand Council adopted a scheme for a new parliamentary chamber. It is only known that there will bo no more general elections, political meetings, or party campaigns. The Chamber will probably be selected from industries, corporations, and professions.
MUSSOLINI'S ORDERS
TO FASCISTS ABROAD
(Received 9.15 a.m., 6th January) ROME, sth February. Signor Mussolini has issued a decree ordering Faicists' living abroad to observe the laws of the countries where they are living. They must not take part in the internal life of such countries, and must not participate in strife. They must bo an example of public integrity, and respect the Italian representatives and Italian ideals.
