A car driven by the Rev. W. S. Tremaine, an Anglican minister at Rongo-i tea, was struck by the train at ' the Rongotea-Longburn crossing at 1 o'clock. He received injuries necessitating admission to the hospital. The crossing is the scene of the recent fatal accident whei* a Longburn resident' was killed.
