GISBORNE, This Day. • Tho Taranaki Oilfields-report is as follows :—Waiapu No. 2 Well:' Depth 3010 feet in shale, Biin diameter casing to 2990 feet, Gisborne No. 1 well: Cemented 8 J 4 in diameter casing at 2445 feet, now preparing to test shut off. Gisborne No. 2 well: Construction work in progress.
