SWIMMING CARNIVAL

AT BATHS TO-MORROW NIGHT

To-morrow (Wednesday) evening the Nelson Amateur Swimming Club will hold the first carnival of the season in the Municipal Baths. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. and the doors will open at 6*30 p.m. Although adequate seating" accommo-' dation will be provided, it is anticipated that with a fine night there will be a large attendance of the public, consequently late corners will find difficulty in securing seats. i A good programme has been drawn up, including handicap events for men and women, diving events, relay races, etq.
