SECT MEETS TROUBLE . , GENEVA, 29th Dec. Sixteen Germans of Loth sexes who walked about the woods on private property in a perfectly nude state in spite of the rain and cold have been expelled ficm Lugano (Switzerland). They were followers of the simple life and members of the Garden of Eden sect, which endeavoured to emulate the lives of Adam and Eden as recorded in "the Bible. The police intervened because tho local population threatened to severely assault the Edenilcs in accordance with their own nations of moral codes. Orders wore given that the party must leave Switzerland within twtenty-four hours —and clothed in a-manner satisfactory to local conventions. Among the expelled peoplo were a count and countess and a baroness.
