The Licensing Bill was reported from the Committee with amendments at 1.35 o’clock this morning. Mr Coates declined to move that the report of the Committee he. agreed to, and this was clone by Mr E. P. Lee. Mr Lee. moved the third reading of the Bill, and after a long debate the third reading was carried by 39 votes to 32.
