In reply to the New Zealand Association!?, proposal, that the, rule allowing.the hooking ? of sticks be deleted, the following reply has been received from the secretary of the Hockey Association, England., .-... ■ "I think your experiment relating to the: deletion ; of.the hooking of sticks a good and am anxious to hear the results. I fear wie will, not .be able to send a tearii to tour New Zealand for some time."
