LEANING TOO MUCH
TOWER OF PISA ROME, 17th Nov. Experts have reported that the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa is at present safe, but that its gradual declination demands the strengthening of the foundations, which have been affected by the infiltration of water. The Government representative agreed, that precautions are necessary.
