ROMA OIL BORE
FURTHER ENCOURAGING REPORTS

(Received 9t.h Nov., 11.45 a.m.l BRISBANE, This Day. Further encouraging reports have been received from the Roma oil bore, which in two tests of half an hour and an hour yielded 120 gallons of emulsion containing 10 per cent, of oil discharge and 340 gallons of fluid giving 45 gallons of white oil. The report that there is less emulsion is regarded officially as important.
