ABORIGINES FOUND GUILTY

At the trial of three aborigines charged with throwing a spear at missionaries of the Crocodile Island Mission, evidence was given that a stockwhip was used on the aborigines for certain offences. Robertson stated that ho administered the punishment to one of the accused aborigines, who were found guilty and remanded for sentence.
