FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS IN NEW SOU’ni WALKS' .

SYDNEY, 9th June.
A meeting of the anti-Lang Caucas decided, Tor the sake of unity in the Labour movement, to accept the conference proposals made by Federal leaders. The move, will isolate the Conroy executive.
Simultaneously with the decision, tho central branch of the Australian Workers’ Union, with a membership of 20,000, decided to withdraw its affiliation from the Trades and Labour Council, as the Council ceased. to function in the interests of industrialists.
COUNTRY AND NATIONALIST PARTIES (Received 10th June, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Tho Central Council of the Country Party ratified the agreement entered into between representatives of the Nationalist and Country parties. To the party’.* platform have been added planks providing for co-partnership, profitsharing in private enterprise, and an elective Legislative Council. UNITY CONFERENCE TO BE HELD (Received 10th Juno, 10.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Members of the Mutch Caucus express the view that they cannot- approve the action of the Conroy executive in expelling Mr Lang and his Ministers from the party. Both parliamentary factions have now decided to abide by the decisions of the unity conference to be held in July and convened by the Federal Labour authorities.
