WELLINGTON, This Day. _A meeting of the AVellington Automobile Association discussed the increasing thefts of motor cars throughout the dominion, and urged that the civic authorities should either provide watchers or permit the association to employ men at parking places. It was also urged that legislation should be passed making what at present is termed “conversion” of cars actual theft.
