The Foicign Office issued a statement that M. Uriand and Sir Austen Chamberlain had a long and friendly conversation, during which they examined various international problems, rpon which they were in complete agreement. Tney again recognise the solidarity of tho Entente ami the necessity of slrngthening it as the surest foundation on which to build European peace.
