DAIRY CONTROL MATTERS

The South Taranaki Farmers' Union conference carried remits as follows: —

That the operations of the Dairy Produce Control Board should be limited to shipping contiracts, insurance, advertising, and general care of produce pending sale, without fixation of price. That the word "control" be eliminated from the title of the board.
