A special jury was empanelled to-day to determine responsibility for the Collision in Ennsha.wc street on 26th November between a motor car and a motor cycle with a sidecar. It is not often a man with a fractured skull recovers, but. Clement Archibald Hulse is alive in support his claim for JC?. r )0 general damages and other sums by way of special damages, amounting to £276 from Francis Alexander Blayney (car driver). The basis of the claim was that Blayney's negligent driving caused the collision. This defendant denied, making a. counter-allegation of negligence.
