A fishing smack rescued two men clinging to an overturned dinghy near Carnac Island, they stated that, they were members of the crew of a. yacht which nose-dived in a heavy swell aiu capsized. Three other members of the crew, C. Froyland, J. Maynard, and 11. Spurge attempted to swim ashore for assistance, and it is feared they were drowned, as no trace of them had been found at a late hour.
