The Chamber of Shipping is presenting to the Imperial Cotiierenco a memorandum in which it attacks dominions’ discrimination against British shipping. Governments do not giye British shipping the same protection they give foreign shipping.” The memorandum also- attacks State, enterprise immunity from taxation, which it states is an anomaly that should he abolished wherever it exists, because it is unjust (o private enterprise, unecomonic to the State, and generally disturbing to commerce.
