HON. K. S. WILLIAMS
CONGRATULATIONS FROM CONSTITUENTS (United Pres* Association.) OPOTIKI, This Day. The Hon. K. S. Williams arrived early yesterday afternoon and was entertained at a conversazione. He was welcomed formally and congratulated on his elevation t,o the ministerial rank. Subsequently, Mr Williams received deputations dealing with roads, railway and the hydro scheme. He was entertained at a banquet in the evening. On every band Mr Williams received congratulations from constiluerits. He left for Gisborne this morning.
