The Turks are maintaining four army corps in Hie threatened, area, and Greece is committed to active co-operation. It i s understood that Rumania and Jugoslavia have promised to remain neutral. The details'of a secret Treaty were revealed by the Bolsheviks after the revolution of 1917. Hie signatories being Russia, France, Britain, and Italy.

SIGNIFICANT ADDRESS TO FASCISTS
ROME, Oct. 9
Signor Mussolini addressed Fascists, explaining why lie assumed command of the “Black Shirts.” ‘T am assuming direct command of the militia. You assuredly understand tile import of this gesture. ' The watchword must- be obedience and absolute devotion and readiness to defend the present regime. Raise your flags and rifles and cry ‘Yive Fascismo !' ”
On the occasion of taking over the militia, Mussolini .sent a message to the King, assuring Ills Majesty of the loyally of the “Black Shirts," and that, they were true as steel, and were dedicating themselves anew to bis service.
