BANK OFFICERS' GUILD
ANNUAL CONFERENCE (United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 25. At the annual conference of the New Zealand Bank Officers' Guild, the report stated that the membership was 2200, and that 28 officers had secured the university diploma of banking during the year. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr Brunlon, Wellington; vice-presidents, Messrs Savage (Auckland), Dixon (Wellington), Wrightson (Christchurch), and Caverhill (Invercargill); auditor, Mr Fookes, Wellington ; executive committee, Messrs Ilulston, Connal, Redpath, Baranaby, O'Brien, Steel, McFadyen, O'Callaghan and Murphy, all of Wellington. The delegates were entertained last evening by the Auckland section at a smoke concert, about 200 bank officers, including local managers, attending.
