A SUGGESTED REVISION CONFER]''.NOE IN BERLIN LONDON, June 6. The Deutsche Zeitung, according to Die Berlin correspondenL of the Times, states that Mr CL B. Winston, tho Undersecretary to the American Treasury, and Mr 1 Benjamin Strong, the governor of the Federal Reserve Bank, will visit Berlin next month to discuss an early revsion of the Dawes plan. The paper asserts that the visit has been arranged at the suggestion of the Bank of England and influential London financial circles.
