EASTKp MONDAY SPORTS field sports, organised by the Motueka. Fire Brigade and Brass Hand, were held at the Cricket Oround on Monday, in beautiful weather. A large crowd of spectators witnessed with keen interest tiie many events, carried out punctually and with great, success. The afternoon's enjoyment was enhanced by excellent music, rendered bv Hie Motueka Brass Band. Ladies of the Croquet Club had in hand the luncheon and tea booth, which was well patronised; while Mr Harvey was in charge of the refreshment stall, where good business was done.
