FIRE AT ASHBURTON
A DWELLING DESTROYED (United Press Association.) ASHBURTON, This Day. At ii o'clock this morning a lire destroyed a six-roomed dwelling and eon tents at Allenton, owned and occupied by Ernest Cry sell. The insurances are k')')o on the house and ,€20(1 on the furniture, both in the New Zealand Office. The lire had a strong hold before the brigade was summoned. ANOTHER DWELLING DESTROYED WIIAKATANE. This Day. A fire destroyed the seven-roomed residence of \V.' 11. Sisam. at Taneatua last evening. When discovered the fire had a firm hold and only a fewblankets could be saved. The building was insured for Cl 20 0? while the furni ture was uninsured.
